Step 1: Label the paternity test sample collection envelopes.

The Beta Self-Collection™ Kit contains a sample collection envelope for every person to be tested. These envelopes will hold the individuals’ samples (i.e., the used swabs) when you send them back to us for testing.

Take out the envelope marked with the title of the first person to be collected (for example, “Alleged Father” or “Child”).

Fill out the envelope with the information about that tested party. Be sure to provide all the information requested on the sample collection envelope. The race information is necessary for statistical calculations.
